Arriving on 3D Blu-ray, Jurassic World: Dominion 3D is presented in the original theatrical aspect ratio of 2.00:1. The 1080p MPEG-4 MVC encoded presentation is exceptional. 3D fans will find this to be a fun and thrilling 3D presentation – one that rivals the best of the entire franchise. Unlike Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, Jurassic World: Dominion has a top-notch 3D presentation and is a huge step-up compared to the 3D on the previous franchise entry. The 3D here is so much better and a huge improvement in all the right ways.
3D depth is excellent and even without too many pop-out 3D elements, the depth alone is top-notch and far more rewarding than in the previous franchise entry. The 3D Blu-ray looks even better on my OLED 65E6P reference 3D display in comparison to the IMAX 3D viewing that I had in movie theaters. The 3D is startingly crisp, detailed, and vivid. Color reproduction is great. Detail looks terrific. The 3D effects are exceptional and it pulls one in to the film with total ease. An outstanding 3D presentation and one that is reference-worthy for 3D fans.

The release includes a DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 surround sound presentation. The lossless audio sound mix is exceptional and is a great accompaniment to the 3D presentation. I didn't miss the lack of Atmos audio. The dynamics of DTS HD MA are much more rewarding for audio purists who like a little extra LFE and more pure bass support. The surrounds are actively engaged and there are plenty of show-stopping moments with the sound staging. The score is crisp and breathtakingly integrated in to the sound design. Dialogue remains clear and easy to understand. A wonderful lossless audio sound mix.
