由意大利现代主义电影导演米开朗基罗·安东尼奥尼执导的《蚀》，与《夜》、《奇遇》共同构筑了安东尼奥尼的《现代爱情三部曲》。安东尼奥尼的作品一直关注着人类精神状态的病态与疏离，本片的背后依旧是他所要传达出的人文道德危机和精神的空虚。本片荣获1962年第15届戛纳电影节评审团特别奖，入围1962年第15届戛纳电影节金棕榈奖。
