　　A futuristic society faces extinction when no children are born and the human race has lost the ability to reproduce. 　　蒂欧(克里夫-欧文饰)是一个主管移民的警察，面对灰色未来，他最大的乐趣就是去看望躲在伦敦郊外森林里的老搭档贾斯佩(迈克-凯恩饰)。从前的爱人朱丽(朱莉娅-摩尔饰)委托他为一个黑人女孩搞到合法身份证以便安全离开英国，从此，蒂欧平静的生活变成了一场冒险。当蒂欧知道这个叫做“肯”的非法移民(克莱尔-侯普-阿西特饰)竟然奇迹般怀有身孕的秘密后，从之前的身不由己，逐渐变成不惜冒着生命危险，一直陪伴着她躲避追杀者和英国士兵枪弹的守护神。

　　他们逃避追杀来到难民集中营时，遇到的却是更为混乱的局面，处处是反抗者和英国士兵交火的场面。颠簸中，"肯"诞下了寄托人类最后延续希望的女婴。在同样对人类救赎怀报希望的热心人帮助下，两个人成功地穿越了密集的枪火，蒂欧划着小船带着婴儿和母亲渐渐远离所有的混乱。在迷雾漫布的水面上，看到海上不远处的灯火和救船，身中枪弹的蒂欧，终于象所有的英雄那样，放心地垂下了脑袋。

导演简介：

　　阿方索·卡隆 Alfonso Cuarón

　　卡隆1961年11月28日出生在墨西哥城。小时候他的梦想是成为导演或者宇航员，但是因为不想参军所以放弃了后者。很小的时候卡隆最想的是拍电影而不是玩耍，但是他甚至没有一台照相机。12岁生日那天，他收到了一台照相机作为礼物，于是他拍摄他所能看到的一切事物，并把他的作品像每个人展示。青年时期电影是他的爱好，他并没有多少朋友，每当他告诉妈妈他要去朋友家的时候，他都是跑到电影院，他想了解这座城市里所能看到的一切电影。在他家附近有两个工作室Churubusco和212，他经常去那里结识一些工作人员……

幕后制作：

　　“The future's a thing of the past”，人类的未来其实是关于过去的事。这是《人类之子》的宣传手册上比片名更醒目的大字，也可以说是这部影片的主题精髓。阿方索-卡隆提前为地球和人类的灭顶之灾作出一个残酷的假象，就是要给现在的人们敲一记重重的警钟。在刻意淡化原著中浓厚宗教色彩的同时，影片对移民这个从上个世际至今一直受到关注的社会题材下了大量笔墨：英国士兵象猪狗一样粗暴对待大英帝国以外移民的场景一再出现。与此形成强烈对照的是，片中阿方索·卡隆选来做为救赎世界的唯一一个有生育能力的女人，竟是一个非洲的黑人！

　　在随后的新闻发布会上，导演阿方索·卡隆一再强调，故事虽然发生在未来，但是选择的时间和现在间隔并不久远，这种刻意安排，正是想要达到导演的目的：拍摄未来，本质却是讲述现在。他说那些等待看一部神奇科幻大片的影迷肯定会有一点失望。在青暗压抑的色调中出现在观众面前的还有墙上肆意的涂鸦、肮脏的公共场所和混乱的人群，惶惶和混乱，观众们很容易就被带到卡隆构建的这个可信的末日世界里。为了保证影片中的场景能够达到纪录片的真实程度，除了个别战斗的场景是在摄影棚内完成外，影片绝大部分都是在伦敦实地拍摄的。

aspect ratio or how a DP works with anamorphic or letterbox. If you want real

Ok second, we have Film Aspect Ratio = Letterbox, CinemaScope, Panavision

the width of the visible area of the video/film frame to the height of the' v  ~* m7 R- Y& L8 O! k0 B2 W
visible area.

Then there's the "black bars". In reality, these "black bars" are actually0 L, p8 h7 k  A# _# o% l  @) V* m

The wrongly called "black bars" is in fact part of the image! So if any part of
