.《圣杯骑士》是2015年柏林电影节的主竞赛影片，期间，主演贝尔在接受采访时曾透露，直到来到本届柏林电影节看到了完整的全片，他才第一次知道影片的来龙去脉。

.泰伦斯·马力克喜欢在制作过程中用不同的演员或者非职业演员来激发贝尔、波特曼的表演，他称之为“鱼雷爆破”（torpedoing）。

.贝尔透露，在拍摄期间，导演组有时会给贝尔一个GoPro摄像机，让他去拍点东西。贝尔就去随便拍和谁在一起的场景，或是一段入海的场景，然后交给导演，贝尔就等着看这段有没有出现在最终的电影里。
