General note about UHD encodes:

Apparently some half-assed built-in TV players (confirmed for older Samsung TVs), do not like
too many streams on the mkv. If there are more than 20 elements (including video/audios/
! l$ u2 ^$ i4 b) ~subs), playback start glitching. If you have encountered issues, download mkvtoolnix,
load the mkv, uncheck the streams you have no need for, and make a new mkv.
