　　科幻大师雷·布拉德伯雷的经典小说《华氏451》(Fahrenheit 451)将被HBO拍成电视电影，这不是该书第一次拍电影了，这次是一个当代美国的改编版。迈克尔·B·乔丹和迈克尔·珊农主演，故事设定在一个不允许人有自由思想的独裁世界，统治者焚烧一切图书，消防员的工作也并非灭火，而是焚书。华氏451度就是纸的燃点(当然这个数字只是一个典故)。

　　乔丹饰男主Montag，一个年轻的消防员，和很多反乌托邦小说的主人公一样，本来麻木愚昧的他经历了“觉醒”，并因此与曾经的导师——消防队队长比蒂(珊农饰)反目。该片由拉敏·巴哈尼(《99个家》《推手推车的男人》)导演，他和阿米尔·纳德瑞一起写剧本。
