A whole new world. Watching Aladdin in 3D is in many respects a dream come true. Encoded with an immersive 1080p MPEG-4 MVC presentation, Aladdin is more breathtaking, entertaining, and fun in 3D than in any other format the world can offer audiences. The transfer has an impressive use of 3D effects with many moments in the film showcasing the Genie demonstrating his immense energy and vibrancy in (blue) spades.

The special effects soar and leap off the screen. The depth is remarkable and the image is consistently immersive, vibrant, and beautiful to behold in high-definition. There were no issues with ghosting, crosstalk, and other 3D anomalies when viewed on my display. A fantastic encode that makes the film even more enjoyable.

& j: C2 l) B* x: D: y0 D# J) LThe Blu-ray release has received a 7.1 DTS-HD Master Audio presentation and it sounds downright terrific on the 3D edition. Though the release lacks the Dolby Atmos track which is included on the 4K UHD edition, the soundtrack is nonetheless immersive, entertaining, and effective throughout the film. Aladdin fans will not feel disappointed by the quality soundstage.
