　　A bus transporting the inmates is flipped resulting in the felons escaping. In order to round up and once again incarcerate the criminals the cops form a special task force that needs to work in haste. The chief detective forms a crack team and is rearing to go because time is of the essence. Moreover, the criminals are dangerous on the loose. The matter is complicated when a criminal gang is soon involved and interferes.
