' S2 L  I" h2 O( E# b* ^/ }　　1958年，水晶湖营地发生一起两人死亡的命案，而这只是陆续发生在水晶湖旁的一系列凶案和怪事之一，多年以来，附近居民视营地为不祥之地，有意无意敬而远之。水晶湖营地的老板史蒂夫为重整营地，雇佣六名辅导员一起将营地翻新，爱丽丝、杰克（凯文·贝肯 Kevin Bacon 饰）等六人性格活跃，不时用恶作剧缓解无聊的营地生活。另一方面，厨师安妮奔赴营地而来，却在临近村落受到了“疯子”劳夫的警告，结果安妮未到营地，便被害死在路上。水晶湖营地的怪事频现，蛇和劳夫先后拜访辅导员们，为当地的传言更增添了注脚。当夜大雨倾盆，各行其是的辅导员们先后被杀害，而凶手，就潜藏在他们的周围。
