　　独角兽掌管着世界的光明，为了让黑暗重新笼罩，魔王（蒂姆·克里 Tim Curry 饰）一直都在进行着独角兽的猎杀行动。莉莉（米娅·萨拉 Mia Sara 饰）是懵懂而又天真的公主，一次偶然中，她闯入了一片森林里，在那里，莉莉邂逅了身份神秘的杰克（汤姆·克鲁斯 Tom Cruise 饰），很快，两颗孤独的心渐渐贴在了一起。
