　　一大段画外音由法学教授皮尔曼Perelman (丹尼尔·亨德尔饰演)道出，描述了自己父亲大皮尔曼Perelman Sr.(奥特鲁·高茨饰)的日常生活，他也是一名律师。他把父亲的形象刻画成一个极其严肃的人，而且自己似乎也正是如此。诺丽塔Norita(Adriana Aizanberg饰)是皮尔曼忠心耿耿的秘书，这是唯一一个他可以坦诚相对的人。

　　儿子皮尔曼的课程出现了轻微的混乱，原因是在公众面前他个人的感情出了问题。他的学生中有一个是普拉提教练桑德拉Sandra(Julieta Diaz饰演)，教授一心想和她结婚。为了她，皮尔曼开始练习普拉提。终于有一个大好的机会降临了，桑德拉遇到了法律上的麻烦，皮尔曼帮忙打赢了这场官司，只是没有告诉桑德拉他的事情必须由父亲来决定。
