　　这部实验电影类型的影片现在在激进（朋克）影迷的心中几乎有着神话般的地位，部分原因是因为它的远见和其对患有精神分裂症的主角的精神状况令人不安的描绘，而且还因为其一直被禁：除了1983年在国家电影院向雅顿致敬时放映过（雅顿于前一年年底自杀），它没有在任何地方公映过。幸运的是，英国电影学院修复并于2009年7月13日重新发行了这部电影的DVD 和Blu－ray碟片。
