The problem is that the current rules were written more than 2 years ago, and
' B9 Q7 H# v7 y9 c" Vback then, an attempt were made, to write some rules for Dolby Vision, that

We would like to point out, that we have nothing against Dolby Vision, but we
/ ]& e7 c- ^; `& H" x$ q9 dfeel that the workflow should be the same by all groups, and this workflow
& ?7 e5 h% ^4 [2 C0 W& `! tshould, at least in generel terms, be described in the rules. This would mean
/ ~* ]& u8 G( `7 M  O; s1 U* o& hthat all releases would contain the same Dolby Vision, no matter which group
has done the release.

We would like to invite the groups, to try and make a Dolby Vision addendum
to the current rules, so we can all include Dolby Vision on the same terms.
