　　雅士未央生（叶山豪 饰）精于书画，对宁王（何华超 饰）之流奢华跋扈的作风愤慨已久。某日，未央生陪同好友至铁府相亲，却与铁家小姐铁玉香（蓝燕 饰）彼此一见钟情，两人随结为伉俪。婚后二人彼此相敬相亲，但无奈未央生床第表现殊为勉强，久而久之他不免有了非分之想。好友将未央生引见给宁王，未央生凭借过人的鉴赏眼光得以获准进入宁府绝世楼，绝世楼乃是宁王苦心经营的藏宝楼，遍地珍奇之间、蚀骨销魂的女子可任意狎乐，未央生与绝世楼瑞珠（原纱央莉 饰）、冬梅（周防雪子 饰）二女痴缠，可惜他资质短小，始终不能获得驾驭之感，女形男音的极乐老人（雷凯欣 饰）指点未央生换器之法。未央生手术功成，扬眉吐气，岂知他此时与铁玉香双双落入了宁王的圈套……
